Alive and Cooking is a half an hour of television and screens each weekday on WIN and 9. Our brief was simple. Make it happen. So we set about building a website and ramping up production.
Alive and Cooking can be seen on Free to air TV and subscription TV (Foxtel's Lifestyle Channel). The use of flash video on the site allows visitors to watch the recipes again from seleced pages along side the recipes. Both series one and two consisted of 130 half hour episode. The show was produced in 26 weeks and series one was shot on standard definition 16x9 digital betacam. Series two was shot HD using XDcam technology. The first series was produced, shot and edited in Melbourne, with the second produced and shot in Wollongong then cut here in Melbourne. Visit the series 1 & 2 site. |
